Overwhelmed by all of the sleep info out there?

You're not alone. There are so many voices telling us parents how to get what we most want... more sleep. But much of the advice is contradictory and little of it is evidence based. It might also just not feel right for your family.

You deserve to feel good about the decisions you make for your family. That's where this class comes in.

Our class gives you:

Evidence based and contextualized information

Tools and strategies to use today

Space to make decisions that feel good

Our goal is to leave you feeling confident and flexible in the face of what can be one of the most challenging aspects of parenthood… how your baby sleeps.
